What happens when your industry begins to change? You change with it. Historically, a segment of our membership was smaller, family-owned manufactured home communities. Some of those companies have been acquired by new industry entrants who are more technologically sophisticated and focus on ROI. We needed to step up our offerings to engage new members while still meeting the needs of our base.
We created a technology roadmap with increased investment in our database and website, expanded our advocacy efforts and created additional ways to collaborate. Now all our members feel valued and receive the information they need to succeed.
