ASCE represents a multi-disciplinary collection of 150,000+ professionals with deep, specialized knowledge of differing engineering fields, as embodied in our nine institutes. We host 12 to 15 events annually, with most focused on individual disciplines.
In 2027, ASCE plans to hold a cross-disciplinary conference to celebrate our milestone 175th anniversary. This is not easy, given the membership’s size and disparate areas of focus. We are identifying a site and developing programs to appeal to most members.
The event will bring people together from all civil engineering disciplines to present a unified voice in support of building and improving America’s infrastructure.
