Like many associations, we survey attendees after events, webinars and education sessions. And like many associations, the results go to various departments but usually don’t make it to communications.
We decided to change that. Then we turned our stats into graphics and got creative – for example, enticing newcomers to attend an event by sharing that 95% of first timers recommend attending. We also turned stats into social tiles, included them in mailers and built featured website content.
Creatively using existing data and leveraging information you already have can provide you with another avenue of marketing content to deliver your messages.
