Despite the challenges of the past year, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) experienced exponential growth.
CEO Magdalena Nowicka Mook explains that, although members faced uncertainty in the early days of the pandemic, ICF eventually began welcoming 1,800 new members a month — including many individuals ready to follow their dream of becoming a coach.
ICF provides value to their members by offering internationally recognized accreditation services and developing a true marketplace for coaches and their clients alike. Focusing on the needs of members has helped ICF develop a true member-centric culture that educates individuals and organizations on the ROI that coaches bring.
