Are your execs, staff and board members media-ready?

by The 100 Companies

Every press interview is an opportunity to advance your organization’s goals – a chance to shape public debate, correct misconceptions and promote your association and your cause.

A good media training session will ensure you understand how to navigate the media, understand reporters, control the interview and handle tough questions. You’ll go through messaging exercises and learn how to prepare for an interview.

By the end of your training session, you should:

• Feel comfortable with various types of interviews – print, broadcast, podcast, trade or national publications.

• Really know what “off the record” and “on background” mean.

• Feel confident in speaking for your association.
