Many women, when asked who has helped them thrive and succeed, will credit a “crew” of friends, peers or mentors. The Women’s Executive Forum resonates deeply with attendees every year because it offers an instant “crew” – a full day immersed in a group of women association professionals invested in the collective success and well-being of every other woman in the room.
We’ve had women find new jobs, volunteer roles and mentor relationships! I was honored to chair a passionate, diverse committee in curating education and networking tailored to the experiences of our peers and colleagues.
