Its 14-year advocacy campaign has been a game-changer for small businesses in the soap, cosmetics and candle industries.
Through strategic engagement with Congress, it helped craft pivotal legislation, securing a $1M annual gross sales exemption for small businesses and special provisions for FDA compliance. This monumental effort not only saved an entire industry in the U.S., but also set a benchmark for effective advocacy and member mobilization.
