Well, I understand the feeling of getting overwhelmed with emails and, as marketers, we tend to rely heavily on email in our outreach strategies.
Before changing up your whole communications approach, remember to always make metrics-driven decisions. Survey members to find out how they want to be communicated with. Look at your email metrics – are they working? If not, assess other channels. If yes, keep on sending those emails.
