During the pandemic, we prioritized creating value for members. A big part of that was to offer continuing education for free. That switch, along with a renewed focus on connecting with members, resulted in more engagement than ever before.

This boosted already impressive professionalism and client service among the Realtor community. By offering an expanded library of innovative instructors and engaging courses – again, all for free – Realtors were more enthusiastic about their craft.

This added engagement and enthusiasm among members is not a one-off victory, either. It’s a foundation on which we’re building a stronger association and a stronger community.
