How to turn disruption into opportunity

Our biggest takeaways? First, failure should be celebrated. Failing is a part of the learning process, and when failure is shamed, innovation ceases to exist. See both the potential, and the flaws, in ideas to optimize potential. A balance between both outlooks is key. Lastly, replace the “no that’ll never work” mindset with “what experiment could we run to test that idea.”
