Krystal Leaphart, operations and policy associate for the National Organization of Black Elected Legislative (NOBEL) Women, joined The Association 100 to discuss the organization’s advocacy work.

In addition to providing professional development tools, NOBEL Women advances policies that address the issues exacerbated by COVID-19, including Black women’s maternal health and wellness, while expanding their research capabilities to produce reports like No Democracy Without Black Women.
