by The 100 Companies

After a difficult 16 months, this summer is set to be busy as Americans safely travel again. Terry Dale, President and CEO of the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), joined The Association 100 to discuss what’s in store for the industry.

2020 forced USTOA to evolve, as they helped their small business members apply for PPP loans and pivoted to advocacy webinars to replace their normal June fly-ins.
