2020 challenged associations in unimaginable ways. Throughout the year, association leaders addressed real issues like unprecedented job loss and unemployment rates due to the COVID-19 pandemic, and calls for new policies that address racial injustice and systemic racism.
Through it all, associations didn’t back down. Instead, organizations like the Software & Information Industry Association, the Emergency Nurses Association and the American Cleaning Institute worked hard to address these concerns.
