We are living in a COVID-19 time warp. Months can feel like years, while at the same time things become irrelevant in the blink of an eye. It makes future planning extremely difficult for associations.
As you look to get your message out and continue to evolve your communications strategy, remember today’s “idea” cycle moves as quickly as the news cycle.
Don’t let this stop you from long-term planning though. Just remember to be nimble. Plan now, but make sure you can tweak and evolve your plan before implementation to ensure relevancy and not appear tone deaf.
