There are many ways to communicate to your members. Finding the best way to do it is key. First, ask them. Send out a survey to learn how they’d like to hear from you – email, podcast, social … all of the above? Do they want to hear from you daily, weekly – what’s the sweet spot?

Then be concise, clear and direct. Utilize your most engaged members to be your influencers, helping to spread the word and packing a one-two punch for your message. This surround sound strategy allows you to move forward in communicating the “why” to members.
